Presenting at or attending the Hospitals South Research Day is an excellent opportunity to share your amazing work and inspire others.

In this fully online event, Tasmanian Health Service researchers – at all stages of their career – will share their research, connect with colleagues, increase their networks, be inspired and inspire others.

GUIDELINES

Hospitals South Research Day Submission Guidelines

CATEGORIES

Submissions can be made to present in one of three categories, based on the project stage:

• Early Stage: Research concept through to early data collection
• Mid Stage: Data collection through to early analysis
• Late Stage: Data analysis/findings through to publication/implementation

The project does not need to be complete for your submission to be accepted. Presentation at all stages of research is encouraged.

ELIGIBILITY

• The project must have at least one investigator who is a THS Hospitals South employee
• One presenter only, who must be a THS Hospitals South employee
• The project must have ethics approval or a plan to submit for ethics approval (for Early Stage)

FORMAT

• No more than 3 slides
• No more than 5 minutes
• Presentation will be via Teams
