Description

The Statewide Quality Improvement Protocol was released in January 2023 to support a consistent and contemporary approach to Quality Improvement (QI).

The Statewide Quality Improvement Working Group are offering a range of training and development options to support staff conducting QI activities.

This session is for staff who have a basic knowledge and understanding of QI processes.
